DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders that are over $75 will qualify for free shipping.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Online orders must be sent to an address within the United States.

PREPAID LABELS

For certain refillable items bought online, you may receive a prepaid return label you can use to ship back the bottle or pouch your product came in. This is part of our closed-loop system to keep single-use out of landfills, while still delivering you your product. If you'd like to help us and the planet out, please send your vessel back to us using the return label we provide. This is provided at no extra cost to you. Thanks for being green with us (:

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ecomke.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For more information, please see our refund policy .

For many of our items, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If a product has a safety/freshness seal, the seal needs to be intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ecomke.com.If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item and where to send your package. Shipping costs for your return are the buyer's responsibility unless discussed with the seller. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or period care items). Our bulk and refill items sold by weight are also not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges At this time, we do not accept direct exchanges for products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ecomke.com.
