The Fairy Paintbox ships anywhere from 5 business days to 6 weeks depending on the type of custom item that is ordered. Since every order is custom made here in our studio, timelines may vary. All product pages will list a manufacturing timeline for your reference and planning purposes. We ship primarily USPS Ground and UPS Ground, depending on the size of the order. Orders weighing less than a pound go out USPS Ground (formerly First Class) and orders over one pound go out UPS. Shipping timelines within the USA generally take about 2 to 4 business days.

We ship to all of the USA, the European Union, Canada, Australia, military addresses and most Asian countries. If you live outside of these areas, feel free to ask and we can get you a custom shipping quote.

Since all of our products are custom crafted and completely unique for each customer, we do not accept returns unless there is damage to an order upon receipt.
