Coverstore ships domestically to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and select countries internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes can be estimated at checkout by entering your delivery address. Please note that all delivery estimates, whether shown at checkout or provided by the carrier, are estimates only.

Domestic Shipping

Where we ship: All 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii) and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Military addresses: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses.

Free Shipping: We offer free economy shipping on orders $125+ within the 48 contiguous United States. The free shipping option will appear at checkout on qualifying orders. This offer applies to orders of $125+ after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Free shipping cannot be applied to Coverstore Pro orders or used as partial payment toward other shipping methods.

Shipping Fees: For all other shipping methods and destinations, costs are calculated at checkout once you've entered your address.

International Shipping

Where we ship: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

All-Inclusive Fees: International shipping, brokerage, duties, and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise charges at delivery.

All pricing, payment, and transaction amounts are represented and processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

Lead Times

Processing time varies by product type.

In-stock items: No additional processing time, outside of peak holiday periods.

Custom items: Require additional processing time, as these items are made-to-order.

Combining Orders

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment, even if placed on the same day. Each order is processed and shipped independently. To take advantage of combined shipping, please add all desired items to your cart before checking out.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and using the Track My Order feature. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to update.

Coverstore is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

•Weather events and natural disasters

•Supply chain or operational delays

•Carrier disruptions (hub closures, rerouting, misrouted shipments, failed delivery attempts)

•Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout

What can I return?

Eligible items: Non-customized items in unused condition can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Ineligible items: Custom, final sale and clearance items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Please note: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original components. Coverstore reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

How to initiate a return

You can submit a return request through any order-related email (confirmation, shipment, or delivery) by clicking the "View My Orders" button, or by logging directly into your Coverstore account using the email or phone number used to place your order (prior account creation isn't required). Navigate to your order and if it is eligible, a "Return" option will appear to begin the process.

Once your return request is submitted:

•You will receive an email within 24 hours with your return approval and shipping instructions, including your return label if applicable.

•Pack the item(s) carefully and place inside a shipping box or mailer.

•Ship using the method provided:

Coverstore Label (Contiguous 48 States): Attach the provided return label ($7.50 for 1 item, $10 for 2+ items, deducted from your refund). Drop off with the carrier specified on the label (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

Your Own Label: Attach your own label and ship with a trackable carrier (you cover the cost separately)

•Please do not combine returns from different orders. Returns shipped more than 14 days after authorization may be refused or refunded as store credit. We reserve the right to deny any return.

International Orders

If you are located outside the contiguous United States, the return process is the same as above. However, the Coverstore prepaid label option is not available. You will need to provide your own postage and cover return shipping costs separately. We recommend using a trackable, insured carrier and including the return information slip inside your package

Refunds

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return (allow extra time during holidays). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different item, please return your item and place a new order.

Gift Returns

If you received a Coverstore item as a gift and would like to return it for store credit, please Contact Us . We'll need the original order number from your gift invoice. If you don't have the invoice, please reach out and we'll do our best to locate the order. Please note that if we are unable to locate the transaction or the item falls outside of our return policy, we will be unable to process the return.
