Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.

Shipping within the U.S.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. For high-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

No refunds/exchanges on personalized items, special orders, custom designs. Due to the nature of the prices no refunds/exchanges on lab grown diamond products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
