Our shipping department can ship to any street address or PO Box within the continental United States.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

During checkout, you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 1MD Nutrition ® is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

If you realize after placing your order you have given the wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately at (888) 393-4030 between the hours of 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday through Sunday. Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day, depending on the time the order was taken. Once an order has processed, it can not be canceled or changed. No changes requested after the order has been placed are guaranteed. However, we will make our best effort to make a modification if the order has not yet been processed.

Processing Time

We ship all products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed within one business day after the order has been taken (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next open business day. Please expect longer delivery times on holidays or long holiday weekends. Please note, any modifications to an order after the order is taken cannot be guaranteed.

All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via DHL, USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We provide delivery confirmation on all orders. Delivery times will differ by district. Delivery takes roughly 4 to 5 business days from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Orders Shipped to Alaska and Hawaii

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 days for delivery.

International

All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers will be given, but remember tracking information will not be available until after the package is delivered. Shipping rates are subject to adjustment based on international locations.

You are liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. We will not collect taxes or duties from you. It is your responsibility to look into your country/local policies of taxes and duties, and to abide by those. It is your responsibility to know if your country's Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if you refuse it or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

If your country of residence is not listed in our drop down list, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

1MD Nutrition ® can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If you think you package has been misplaced and it has been confirmed to arrive please contact USPS or DHL to open a claim. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to be able to complete that claim.

Checking Your Order Status

When your order is shipped, we will send you the shipment information and a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped within one to two business days after you order (holidays not included). Your order should arrive within five to eight business days after shipment.

The email will also contain your tracking information. You can track your order at the shipping carrier's website. Please, give the carrier 48 hours to scan and update tracking information. On rare occasion USPS or DHL does not update tracking until after delivery. We cannot provide further information until delivery window is complete.

We know that although a large majority of our customers love our products, others may not always feel the same and we want you to know we will be here for all of our customers. SO much so we are offering FREE returns

Please follow these simple instructions to ensure a proper return:

All returns must be initiated within 90 days of the date your item was shipped.

Customers must contact our customer care team via phone, email or chat to start their FREE return.

Customer Care will ask a few simple questions to process you return and provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)

You will have 30 days to return the products to us upon receipt of the RMA #

Customer Care will provide you with a FREE postage paid label for the return.

•Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt at the warehouse

•Gift Codes will be processed upon completion of logging the return at the warehouse

•Refunds/Credits will be processed within 2-3 business days upon completion of logging the return at the warehouse.

•All Refunds/Credits will be placed back to the method of purchase

•Purchases made with Gift Codes/Store Credit will be refunded as such
