30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns

Return period: You must contact us within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.

Product condition: Products must be returned in good condition and must not have been damaged, altered or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Packaging: All chairs and sofas must be safely and securely packaged before collection. Our furniture carriers cannot collect loose, assembled or inadequately protected products.

Returns within 14 days: If the original packaging is no longer available, you must provide suitable replacement packaging that fully protects the product during handling and transport.

Returns between 15 and 30 days: Under our extended returns policy, all original packaging must be retained and used. We may refuse a return requested after the first 14 days if the original packaging has been discarded.

Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@valenciatheaterseating.co.uk and provide:

your order number;

the product you wish to return;

the reason for the return; and

photographs showing the condition of the product and its packaging, where requested.

Once your return has been approved, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date.

Collection Charges and Requirements

A £50 collection charge applies to change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Collection is subject to the product being safely and adequately packaged. If the product is not ready, accessible or suitably packaged when the carrier arrives, the collection may be refused and an additional collection charge may apply.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product is sufficiently protected against damage during collection and return transport.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions of this policy.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable collection charge or permitted deduction for loss in value.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days of completing our inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different size, colour or model, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the replacement product.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalised and made-to-order products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or does not conform to the contract.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where the product does not conform to the contract, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. The £50 change-of-mind collection charge will not apply.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
