Q: How can I change/cancel my order?

A: Once orders are placed in our system it is not possible for us to charge you for any items you want to add to the order therefore, we cannot add any items to the order once it has been placed.If you would like to cancel items in your order, we can try to organize this for you until the point the order has been picked and packed by our dispatch team which is usually the same business day. If we cannot cancel the item for you, please return it to us as per our returns policy.Please remember that all refunds take about 3-5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.For exchanges, we follow the ACCC guidelines and generally provide exchanges from 14 days of purchase.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day as long as it is placed before 1pm AEST. Any orders placed afterwards will be sent out the day after. Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive within 7-14 days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for express and 14 business days for all international orders.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: Yes, as long as the garment has not been worn and is in its original, unopened package we will happily exchange or refund Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

International orders may incur customs fees which the customer is liable for.

Additional postage fees will incur if the parcel is "Return to Sender" for incorrect shipping address or uncollected parcels from the local post office.

At SParms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options. Returns from outside of Australia do not qualify for free shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for international returns.

Returns:

•To request a return, you must lodge your request from our return portal HERE

•To qualify for a refund, the product must be brand new, in all of its original packaging, and not worn or washed.

•If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

•Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

•If an order originally qualified for free shipping, and the refunded item would make the order value below the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.

Defective products:

•If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a refund or replacement.

•You may be required to provide photographic evidence to substantiate any claims made.

Consumer warranties:

•Our return policy does not supersede or make redundant any consumer goods warranties provided by the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC)

Fair use policy:

•We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect any abuse of our return policy, such as excessive returns, or if the item(s) returned do not meet our eligibility criteria.

International Returns

•Please contact us at support@sparms.com.au to arrange international returns for any change of mind or sizing issues. Any defective products are covered under warranty.
