Pick up Orders

Pickup orders are fulfilled from our Fontana, CA Distribution center located at 11751 Cabernet Dr. Fontana, CA 92337. Our current operating hours are available here . Pickup hours are from one hour after opening to one hour before closing. To have your order staged in advance please call 951-968-2007.

To arrange third party freight carrier pickup, please provide carrier information in the delivery instructions area at checkout. We will contact the carrier directly to arrange pickup.

Shipped Orders

Quoted shipping rates are for delivery to a business with a loading dock. Residential deliveries, inside deliveries, assembly and installation are not available.

Additional services such as appointment delivery and lift gate delivery, if available, are subject to additional fees payable directly to the delivery provider.

Tracking numbers and shipping carriers are provided after shipment.

Delivery times vary by order size, order composition, destination, and delivery provider. Most orders deliver within 2-6 weeks. If you have questions about delivery times please contact us before ordering.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. Note any shortages or damage on the bill of lading or shipping documents. Damages and shortages not noted at time of pickup or delivery are ineligible for return, replacement or refund. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations Freight charges are non-refundable and ineligible for reimbursement when cancellation occurs after shipment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us .
