•Colorado Baby offers flat rate economy shipping at just $7.95 and Priority shipping options (cost is based on order total).

•Flat rate shipping is offered within the contiguous United States and to military families with an APO or FPO.

•We do ship to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, however if shipping is abnormally higher than it would be for us to ship within the contiguous US then we will contact you before shipping your order about any additional charges that would be incurred.

•All orders are shipped via US Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

•We ship all packages with delivery confirmation or a tracking number.

•We email your tracking number to the email address you registered with on our site. You will receive a tracking number by email once the mail carrier has scanned the package barcode.

•Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

•Orders over $500 may be shipped with signature required upon receipt.

If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, we will combine shipments in to one package to save on shipping. We do not guarantee that we will refund shipping costs if we combine your orders.

SHIPPING TIMESOrders are processed within 1-3 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) When purchasing during our online events, it can take 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

ECONOMY SHIPPINGThese packages are packed and shipped last from the day's orders and will be shipped via the least expensive option that is available to us from our carriers. Please note that it can take anywhere from 2-14 business days from shipping date for your order to arrive.

PRIORITY SHIPPINGThese packages are packed and shipped first from the day's orders and will be shipped via US Priority Mail. Please note that it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from shipping date for your order to arrive.

SHIPPING HEAVY WEIGHT ITEMS We sell a few select items that are very heavy to ship. Due to this, we cannot offer to ship these items at our regular shipping rates. The current products we have a heavy weight shipping charge on are our Doona car seats, Doona bases and Doona Liki Trikes. You will be charged a flat rate cost of $60 per Doona seat or $30 per Doona Liki Trike or Doona base.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING Please note that the mail carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx) experience a high spike in usage between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The above shipping times can take longer due to the higher demands on the mail carrier services. Colorado Baby is not responsible for shipping times once the package has been turned over to USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will need to contact the appropriate company with your tracking number for further information about your package and its delivery time.

REFUSED PACKAGES OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSItems that are refused, “returned to sender” or lack sufficient (or correct) address information (unless our error), will be processed like a return, including any restocking fees. We will also deduct all applicable shipping costs for the original delivery and the return.

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEMS OR ITEMS ARE MISSINGWe strive to make sure we ship your package correctly with no errors, however we do make mistakes in some situations. If you have received the wrong item or are missing any items from your purchase, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to email us so we can correct our error.

PACKAGINGAs stewards of the environment and to offer great prices and promotions, we often use “recycled” shipping products (we reuse boxes, bubble mailers, etc. from product shipments we receive at Colorado Baby). We also ship most orders in biodegradable polymailers which are made by a Colorado company, EcoEnclose!

If you find an item to be of the wrong size or color or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will happily accept returns on new, unused, unwashed, still in undamaged packaging within 3 months from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items sold as: clearance, already loved, special orders or “as-is”.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: LOCAL PURCHASES

•In order to obtain a 100% refund in the form of original payment or an exchange, a receipt* must be presented. *A gift receipt can only be refunded in the form of a gift card.

•If you do not have a receipt, a refund or exchange will be considered on a case-by-case basis (with final authorization by a Manager). This refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS

•The retail value of any free items you received will be deducted from your final refund/exchange amount, if not returned with your order.

•If due to your return any discounts are no longer applicable to your order, the discount will be deducted from your refund/exchange.

•Returns/exchanges with damaged or missing packaging will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

•All sales are final on: " thrifted " items, consumable products, clearance items, items sold “as-is” or special order items.

Due to the nature of our products, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: ONLINE PURCHASES

•In order to obtain a refund in the form of original payment, proof of purchase must be made available. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. *A gift receipt can only be refunded in the form of a gift card.

•Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

•You are responsible* for the cost of shipping your return back to us. *This is not applicable if the merchandise is being returned for a defect.

•If you are exchanging a product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) to you. No restocking fees are applied to exchanges.

•The retail value (at our discretion) of any free items you received will be deducted from your final refund amount, if not returned with your order.

•If due to your return any discounts are no longer applicable to your order, the discount will be deducted from your refund.

•If your return is made with damaged or missing packaging a 25% restocking fee will be deducted and you will be refunded in the form of store credit.

•All sales are final on: " thrifted " items, consumable products, clearance items, items sold “as-is” or special order items.

•We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Tokidoki or Hello Kitty items except in the case of a manufacturer defect.

Due to the nature of our products, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Although both the manufacturer and our staff attempt to check every item for any defects, occasionally items may be sold with a defect. Defective products are usually exchanged or repaired directly by the product manufacturer. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in obtaining a replacement product. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

SALES/DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS

Sales, discounts and promotions cannot be combined with each other for a single purchase unless otherwise noted. Coupons, including referral coupons, may not be used on sale or clearance items.
