Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing an unexpected high volume of orders, order processing and shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If by any chance, there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, hence we can’t guarantee shipping times.

Once our team processes your order, expect to receive it within 7-14 business days after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Some European and Asian countries may experience longer shipping times.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Skaldo & Malin™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to the sender. However, if it gets sent back to us a second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)

Damages

We make sure to carefully check every product before it is shipped out. On the off chance that something went wrong, please contact us at hello@skaldoandmalin.com and we will be happy to assist. If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. Please note our Refund Policy.

REFUNDSWe offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 30 days of receiving it and we'll promptly refund your money once we receive it. Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with the original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt of the return.

CANCELLATIONSTo make an order cancellation please contact us immediately at hello@skaldoandmalin.com. If you cancel your purchase within 12 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

RETURNSIf your product is defective let our staff know immediately and we'll send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on retail purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.We do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been deliveredincorrectly.

To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our global warehouse in Asia. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.

SHIPPING COSTSIt is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely depend on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

SALE ITEMSUnfortunately, we do not offer refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
