Please include your tracking number, your order number, what was damaged with multiple photos if possible. Please message us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged order. Once we have everything we need we will submit a claim with USPS. Before your damaged items are replaced your claim needs to be accepted by USPS. This may takes 1-4 business days.
