Return Process

Once you have your return label, please pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging ideally. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.
Simply bring it to your nearest Post Office.
Note that, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
