Order Processing

We don't sell off-the-shelf products; we source all our products from their respective distributor / manufacturer. All the products are processed and shipped from USA to India, within 5 business days after you place an order, to make sure it is latest, authentic and genuine, unless the product is back-ordered (Out of Stock). Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time

The time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our warehouse in the USA. In most cases, this is 4-5 business days. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and may sometimes take a little longer based on stock availability and transit time.

Shipping time

The time from when the item leaves our warehouse (in New York, USA) to when it arrives at your door (address in India). In most cases, this is 15-20 days

Some items may be readily available at our India warehouse- in that case, orders for those items will be fulfilled through our supply chain partner hubs located across the country in an expedited manner.

Shipping within India (Domestic)

Standard Shipping

We ship all our orders through our Standard Shipping partners- Delhivery and DTDC. Depending on your delivery pin code, we choose the fastest shipping carrier for you. Delivery typically can take up to 15-20 business days from the order date. At the time of delivery, you may be asked to share a OTP (one-time password), which you will previously receive on your registered mobile number. This process is implemented to make sure that your order does not end up in the wrong hands.

Import Duties, taxes & fees

The item price is inclusive of Import duty for all orders, hence Import duty is prepaid- you don’t have to pay anything extra at the time of delivery. The item price excludes 18% GST (Goods & Service Tax); hence your final order amount will be Product price+18% GST on pan India basis. The shipping and handling fee for your order is on us.

Expedited Shipping

We are currently not providing any Expedited Shipping Service, because the delivery time includes International shipping time (from the USA to India) and Custom Clearance time, which honestly we have no control of.

Shipping outside India (International)

We are currently not fulfilling any international orders. However, we have plans to expand our outreach in the near future. Information about the same will be made available on this website.

We take care of your concerns while you order at mapleherbs.com; you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong, incorrect or damaged products.

Kindly report all discrepancies to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery of the order.

You can inform us through a call, chat or support email . Customers may be asked to provide supporting image or video, in case of wrong products received. Our team will verify the requests made by the customer within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Mapleherbs.com will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.

Products once delivered are non-returnable, unless wrong or incorrect product/s are delivered. Return request will strictly not be entertained/ facilitated for such cases –

•Discrepancy reported after 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

•Products damaged after delivery or in-transit damage

•Used/unsealed products

•Ordered by mistake

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for full refunds only after successful review of the discrepancy claim and approval by our team, in case of a damaged product. In case of wrong or incorrect product, refund amount will be credited back only once the wrong product is returned to us in its original condition. If you have paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallets, then refund will go back to the original mode of payment and it may take up to 3-4 business days to reflect.
