Refund Eligibility Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the product’s delivery date. Refunds will be issued either to the original form of payment, a coupon code or as an electronic gift card, at our discretion. To qualify for a refund:

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds cannot be issued for items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.

Refunds will exclude shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.

Refund Process To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for the request. Once your refund has been reviewed and approved, we’ll process it promptly. Exclusions

Opened, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for a refund.

Clearance and final-sale items are non-refundable.

Klarna Purchases

For orders placed through Klarna, please note the following additional terms:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund, in accordance with sanitary and safety standards.

Restocking fees, credits, or exchanges do not apply to Klarna transactions.

Approved refunds for Klarna purchases are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

All other terms of this Refund Policy remain applicable to Klarna purchases.
