Products may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Returns requested after 90 days are not accepted.

Before returning anything, contact Strike Industrial with your order number and reason for return. Return authorization is required before anything is sent back.

Returns for a refund are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.

If a unit is defective, contact us within 90 days of delivery. Once the defect is confirmed, the unit is eligible for exchange.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
