COLORADO RESIDENTS

As of July 1, 2022, a $0.27 delivery fee is automatically added to purchases. Retailers collect the $0.27 fee on each delivery of taxable goods to a Colorado address. The fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods that are delivered by motor vehicle to Colorado residents and consumers.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA

Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII

Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii. Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Air ($35) or FedEx Standard Overnight ($45). These rates reflect higher carrier fees for shipments to Hawaii. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.

P.O. BOXES

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

At this time, McDavid can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. Sorry, we do not ship to internationally.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.

Once order has been processed and shipped, McDavid cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. McDavid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

At McDavidUSA, our return policy is liberal, generous and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We want you to love our sports apparel/gear, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our pants.

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item . Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.

•Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.

•Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

•All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from McDavidUSA.com can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).

•Certain products that are marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Exchange Process

Make an exchange for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), via our Return Portal .

Follow the instructions provided, which will allow you to print your free return label and/or select your new item(s).

**Please note: when making an exchange, select "Return this item" to begin the exchange process. At that point, you can browse our online shop to select the new item you wish to exchange your current item for.

Package the unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), and bring the package to any authorized shipping location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your refund. The time it will take for the refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card varies.
