We take exceptional care in handling your Big Joe. All items ship FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Customers typically receive their products 3-4 business days after their order is shipped and will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that we are not able to ship outside of the continental US or to PO Boxes.

If you wish to return an item for any reason not covered by our warranty , you are responsible for return shipping costs and any other costs associated with returning it to us. Due to the size of our products, return shipping costs may be substantial, and in some cases, may cost more than the product.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order placement for items purchased on our website. Returns over 30 days, clearance, or discontinued items are not accepted. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on items that have issues from external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse.
