•Duties and taxes are calculated and charged at the time of checkout for orders outside of the United States of America. First Source Wireless is not responsible for these delivery charges.

Oversized Antennas: Orders under $1,000 include a $100 shipping charge. Orders $1,000 and above ship with free standard shipping within the United States.

•All returns must be processed within 30 days from date of purchase.

•A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders. In the event, we have made a mistake such as shipping the wrong item, you will be excluded from the restocking fee.

Please note: Orders for custom-manufactured products are subject to a restocking fee. Custom products include, but are not limited to, Comtac headsets, ballistic helmets, body armor, and other made-to-order tactical equipment.

•Customers are responsible for shipping upon return.

•All products must be in original packaging, no marks or writing on the product or product packaging, products must be in new or unused condition.

•Custom products are not returnable

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

•Log in to your account:

•In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

•In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

•Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. Check your SPAM folder if you did not receive one.

•Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

•If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

•Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you need to exchange an item, please include that in the notes.

•Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After a product is returned, you will receive a refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be fully procressed and reflected in your account. Returns are issued to the same credit card used on your original purchase.

Defective Items

First Source Wireless warranty is valid 1 year from date of purchase on manufacturing defects and may be dependent upon the terms created by the manufacturer. If you think your product is covered under warranty, please reach out to us.
