Over the Counter orders are shipped from our warehouse in Perrysburg, Ohio. Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day (M-F) and sent via Ground shipping or Express shipping depending on your preference.

RX orders are shipped via pharmacy partners within 2 - 4 business days and sent via Ground shipping.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS

Due to state and federal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Once your payment method has been charged and your package has been handed off to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), all sales are final .

NON-PRESCRIPTION (OVER-THE-COUNTER) PRODUCTS

You are entitled to cancel and return Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund the full product price, less $5 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare case your package is lost in transit, JOYMODE will reship your prescription or non-prescription order at no cost. We will first work with your carrier (DHL, USPS, or FedEx) to attempt to locate and redirect your package.

Please note:

Shipping delays due to weather or routing do not affect product quality.

JOYMODE does not ship refrigerated items , so extended transit times will not compromise safety.
