Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return & exchange rules summary

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the return is due to a product quality issue, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

If the return is not due to a product quality issue:

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the exchange is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

If the exchange is not due to a product quality issue, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

3. Refund Policy

•Before the order is shipped, it can be canceled free of charge through proper communication.

•After the order has been shipped, cancellation will involve shipping costs, so please contact us via email.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return or exchange request is approved, we will either: Provide you with a return shipping label, or ask you to send the item back at your own expense. This depends on whether the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, preference for a different color), the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost of reshipping the new item.
