ORDER FULLFILLMENT

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (usually by 24 hours) of payment. For orders that are special orders (orders that may come directly from the manufacturer, are on backorder, or are orders on items that will become available in the future) shipping and processing times will vary. Please remember that processing times will not include holidays.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Shipping Policies & Procedures

All orders from Third Coast Soccer, LLC are processed between 10am and 6pm CST, Monday thru Friday. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (usually 24 hours) of payment. For all special orders (orders that come directly from the manufacturer or orders that are on backorder) shipping times will vary. Please remember that processing times will not include holidays or weekends. If there are any issues to your shipment, you will be notified immediately.

Third Coast Soccer, LLC exclusively uses United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of their shipping needs. We are sorry, but we cannot substitute any other carrier or use any of our customer’s shipping account numbers.

Third Coast Soccer, LLC adds a small handling fee to cover the cost of handling and packaging. This added fee goes to insure that your items arrive in good, safe working condition.

NOTE: To help protect our customers against fraud, all shipments can only be delivered to the matching billing address. No ‘drop-shipments’ are allowed.

GROUND SHIPPING

Regular ground shipping takes from 1-10 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.).

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Sometimes you may need your items in a hurry and we offer USPS Expedited, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight Saver options to increase your shipping time. There are added fees for these expedited shipping services, please visit www.ups.com or www.usps.com for more details and estimated charges. Again, please allow 24 hours to get shipments out to you and consider that shipments cease during the weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING OPTIONS BY STATE:

At Third Coast Soccer, we don't want our customers to have to overpay for unnecessary shipping options, so we have made several states inelligible for some shipping options. For example, in Louisiana, UPS's Ground will get packages delivered everywhere in the state on the very next business day, so we have eliminated UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day as an option for purchase. Third Coast Soccer will not be able to return or exchange any items after 90 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt - no exceptions. Returns for currency will be charged back to any credit card that the customer used. For checks and cash payments from the original purchase, a cash refund will be allowed up to $20. Any other refund or remaining balance will be issued in the form of a merchandise certificate (gift certificate).

Absolutely no returns will be accepted on closeout and clearance items. Exchanges will be made for sizing discrepancies only. In this event, if Third Coast Soccer is out of stock on any exchange for a sizing discrepancy, store credit will be issued. Any exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted for an item that has been customized. This includes, but not limited to, uniforms that require logos and numbering, jerseys that have numbering or player customization, bags with embroidery, etc. Please make sure that the item that you want fits or is exactly what you like before any customization is ordered. Please feel free to ask any of our associates for assistance.

All returns must be made with the original manufacturers packaging and be in sellable condition. We will be unable to process returns or exchanges for items whose condition we deem unsellable. Please do not affix any shipping labels directly to the manufacturers box, as this will negate any return.

Worn items will not be eligible for any type of return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be taken from 3rd party sellers or the like. This includes defective product issues. Any returns of this nature will be returned to Third Coast Soccer with a 100% of the order restocking fee.

**We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item.**

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

For in-line or new items, Third Coast Soccer will accept exchanges or store credit exchanges for defective items.

Absolutely no returns will be made for defective closeout items. A vendor contact number will be supplied to any customer to assist them in their return with the vendor.

NOTE: Closeout items, by nature, are items that are no longer in production and, for most suppliers, have expired warranties. For this purpose, some suppliers will not allow for any type of exchange, even on defective gear.

To return any Third Coast Soccer online purchase by mail:

1) Click and Complete the Return Authorization Request Link included with your order.

2) Please wait up to 48 BUSINESS HOURS for our acceptance, denial, or request for more information regarding your request.

3) FOR ITEMS WE HAVE APPROVED FOR RETURN: Package the item for return with a copy of the Return Authorization form or email and mail the items to:
