MAINLAND UK AND USA DELIVERIES

Due to the UK leaving the EU, order deliveries to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) are now classed as international deliveries. These may be subject to taxes, levies, fees, customs duty, or other charges. Deliveries to the USA will be subject to taxes, fees, custom duty, or other charges as per normal.

Orders addressed to the UK that are over €150 (approximately £135) may be subject to tax and duty as per local laws and legislation. VAT will be owed and payable by the person receiving the goods upon delivery. Returns from the UK may be subject to transport costs, import fees, customs or other charges. Costs will be owed and payable by the person returning the goods.

Please note that the recipient of an order, not the person placing the order on Intersport Elvery’s website, will be responsible for any customs formalities or additional charges for an international delivery of Intersport Elvery’s products.

Please note orders to the USA will be subject to an additional tax of 15% from August 29th 2025 . This tax must be paid by the receiving customer before it can be delivered. The customer will be contacted by email only to pay the required amount before delivery, payment must be made within 5 days or the item will be returned to Intersport Elvery's.

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland at present is taking 1 to 4 working days. If your order does not meet these timings, it may be because your item(s) are being dispatched from a different location. In this case, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Standard delivery to the UK, Mainland Europe, United States and the Rest of the World can take 3 to 9 working days. Home Gym Equipment Delivery in the Republic of Ireland (Keepfit Range) and International Delivery does take longer. Please refer to our delivery information above for more detail. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible!

PERSONALISATION/SHIRT PRINTING

Personalisation is available on select items. Please note, this service can add up to 3 additional working days on your delivery lead time.

Personalisation must be purchased in the same transaction as the shirt, and cannot be added retrospectively. Please be sure of your size before ordering, as personalised items cannot be returned (unless faulty).Personalised items (e.g. Jerseys with Printed Name and Number) cannot be returned, if you refuse delivery or payment of taxes or duties you will not be entitled to a refund. ** Please note the Print Cost for: IRFU, League of Ireland and British & Irish Lions is €15 | Premier League is €20

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery to any Elverys Intersport store is free.* Standard delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is free on all orders over €70. Home Gym Equipment (Keepfit Range) and International Delivery charges vary. Please refer to our delivery charges above for more detail.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you order has been dispatched from our warehouse with An Post you can then track you order on www.anpost.ie using your Elverys Order Number or your Tracking Number.

DELIVERY OF HOME GYM EQUIPMENT

Delivery Service (without assembly) to the Republic of Ireland for Home Gym equipment costs €20, select items incur a delivery charge of €40 due to oversized dimensions. Selected Sports Tables, Basketball Units will also qualify for this charge. Based on weight/size, selected items will not be available for Click and Collect to stores and will only be available for Home Delivery. It's recommended that your Home Gym Equipment is kept indoors, away from moisture and dust. For electrical/battery operated machines, it is recommended that they are not stored or used in sheds/garages/covered patio areas or near water. Failure to do so may void the warranty with the manufacturer.Delivery of Home Gym items are to ground floor locations only, our team cannot bring items up/down stairs under any circumstances. If a customer wishes to have an item assembled in a room that is not at ground floor level, the customer will need to have people available to move the item to this location, our team members cannot assist with this. Our Home Gym Team will contact you in advance of delivery to communicate a window for delivery.

If you require an item removed (WEEE regulations), Intersport Elverys need to be notified at time of purchase. The item for removal needs to be left outside your premises for our Home Gym Team, it will be wiped down/cleaned before being removed. Please note, for online purchases please contact homegymhelp@elverys.ie quoting your Order Number and the item you wish to remove.

If for any reason you would like to return your item, we’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days. Item would need to be in full saleable condition and in original packaging. A collection fee may also apply for returns of Home Gym items unless faulty/damaged.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email online@elverys.ie or call (094) 96 08970.

FREE Returns to any of our Stores**

Returns to our stores are completely FREE! You’ll need to take your Order Confirmation Email, or your Order Reference Number, or the Delivery Docket, and the credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable). Please click here for our store locations and opening times.

Returns via Post

You can post your item back to our Distribution Centre. Fill in the Returns Form supplied with your order (or download here ) or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number, Order Reference number and reason for return. Package the items carefully in their original box or secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend that you use registered post to return your item. You can purchase a returns label from An Post and drop your parcel off at your local post office or collection point, or you can purchase a parcel collection from your preferred address, please see www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns for details.

Returns for orders fulfilled and shipped by an Intersport Elverys approved supplier**

Please note items fulfilled and shipped by an Intersport Elverys approved supplier cannot be returned to an Intersport Elverys store and must be returned to the returns address provided on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel or to our Distribution Centre. This includes orders for Aqua Marina and Portwest workwear products.

Please fill in the Returns Form supplied with your order (or download here ) . For a full refund, the item(s) should be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you have any queries please on returns please contact our Customer Service team .

Exceptions

We cannot offer exchanges on Online Returns unless faulty

We can’t accept returns of face-masks, face-coverings or underwear.

Swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place.

Personalised items (e.g. printed jerseys) cannot be returned/exchanged unless faulty.

If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.), you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.

Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Some FAQ’s

I haven’t received all of my order?

Due to the size, weight, or shape of your purchases they may need to be dispatched separately. While these would leave our Distribution Centre at the same time, these may be delivered on separate dates. Home Gym, Basketball Units, Tables, Oversized items will be delivered separately by our Home Gym Delivery Team.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed as soon as possible once they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over. We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit/debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card. For customers using Gift Cards or One4All Cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card so please ensure you keep these.

Who pays for the return?

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility. Returns to any Intersport Elverys stores are free of charge.

What happens if I receive the wrong item in my order?

What happens if the item is faulty?

If you think that we have sent you a faulty product, please contact us straight away. You can bring your item to your nearest store for assessment or alternatively email online@elverys.ie or call (094) 96 08970. Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Intersport Elverys. If a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charge and you won’t be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.
