DELIVERY INFORMATION

•Deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays at a flat rate of £5.99 per order to the Mainland UK.

•Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.

What if I am not at home when they deliver?

We recommend you use an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery. For many people, this will be a work address which you may specify during the checkout process. However, if you are out, the normal procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card. The card explains why your parcel couldn’t be delivered and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a redelivery. Sorry we cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Express Delivery

Retail Orders - All orders are sent on an Express delivery as standard , Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays at a flat rate of £5.99 per order to the Mainland UK.

Clubshop Orders - Due to the unique decoration each team/club requires it takes us a little time to decorate items before we send them out to you, for this reason the express delivery only applies once your parcel has left our building. Normally orders will be processed and sent to you within 8-12 working days, at which point we will send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched and a tracking code so that you can see the progress of your parcel via the Tracking website.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including any personalised products (this includes any club shop purchase with a club badge embroidered or printed).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can download our returns form, which includes the shipping label HERE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@vx-3.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can download our returns form, which includes the shipping label HERE.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
