Returns from Homedora
At HomeDora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, parts, hardware, and documentation included.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to a HomeDora error or a product defect.
Restocking Fee
All returns of products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Any damage, defect, or shipping discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging to assist with the claim process.
Upon verification, HomeDora will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the affected item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or special-order products
Clearance, closeout, or final-sale merchandise
Products that have been assembled, modified, or used
Items returned without original packaging
Refund Processing
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, HomeDora will notify the customer regarding approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or other authorized deductions will be withheld from the refund amount.
Return Authorization Required
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from HomeDora. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
