Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Our store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that there may be additional transit times for orders shipped to these addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Standard Delivery Item Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@ivoryolivedecor.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 24847 Del Prado, Dana Point, CA 92629If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@ivoryolivedecor.com .

White Glove Delivery Item Returns:

Damages + Claims:• Items must be inspected at the time of delivery.• In order for a claim to be made for white glove service, the product must be unpacked and inspected for damages at the time of delivery.• A signature will be required upon inspection and approval or rejection of product delivery.• The return of a damaged product is immediately removed by the white glove delivery service.

Remorse Returns:• After an item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for return freight fees and restocking fees.• A shipping return fee of 25% of the order's value will be deducted from the returned value.• Ivory & Olive will arrange the return with the carrier with the customer providing a reasonable pickup window.• Customer has 60 days to request a return of the item.

Repackaging Returns:• White Glove carriers will package items for return.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
