Local Delivery

Tiny Sprout happily deliver to addresses in Geelong for all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered to the nominated address and left in a safe place. An email confirmation will be sent once the delivery has been made.

Postage within Australia

We use Australia Post and Sendle for all our postage needs. All parcels are sent with tracking details which are emailed to you separately. We aim to post all orders the same or next business day.

Freight Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders. On orders over $75 we offer free shipping (via standard post).

Standard postage (with tracking): $10

Express postage (with tracking): $15

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Estimated time frames include:

Standard postage: 2-8 business days

Express postage: 1-4 business days

These time frames are approximate and can vary due to factors such as regional locations, public holidays and peak times.

International Postage

We love to ship our goodies to customers all over the world.

We use Australia Post International for all our postage needs.

Standard shipping rates apply and vary based on the receiving country. These are displayed at checkout.

Local taxes and duties must be paid by the customer if these are requested by customs.

Lost Items/Returned Mail

Please note that Tiny Sprout will not be responsible for parcels that are missing/lost by the postal company. Customers will be required to lodge a dispute with the postal company if a parcel is not delivered. If an item is returned to Tiny Sprout, the customer will be responsible for paying additional postage for this to be sent to a new address.

We accept returns on full priced items that are in unworn and original condition with all original tags attached.

Please note that returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@tinysprout.com.au . Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel or a tracking number must be received by Tiny Sprout within 7 days of this information being provided. If any returns are received after this time, only a store credit will be provided.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and additional postage charges for any replacements will apply.

You can opt for a credit note, exchange or refund on your item to the same value as the purchased item. Please note that if Afterpay has been used, a store credit or exchange only are available. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be used in one transaction.

There are strictly no returns accepted on sale items.

Due to health and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on dummies, swimwear or play mats.

Exchanges

So that item you bought isn’t the right size? No stress!

If you have selected an incorrect size, we will happily provide an exchange if a request is made within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@tinysprout.com.au . Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel must be received by Tiny Sprout within 7 days of this information being provided.
