We do offer local pick up in Frisco & Plano. Some items may not be at the location at the time of the order, and can take a week for us to get it there. You can also PM us on our FB page to find out if this is a quick option for you, if you need it quickly. You will get a notification when your order is ready for pick up!

Returns & ExchangesWe are happy to offer returns or exchanges on full price merchandise, if returned within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Not washed, not worn, no smells, no makeup.

If purchased from Frisco, Plano or Online, you can return at either Plano or Frisco location. If purchased from a mercantile location, you must return to that mercantile and under their return rules.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on bras, personal items, jewelry, and sale items.

Sale items

All Sale items are final sale items cannot be refunded. This includes anything marked to a sale or clearance price, including discounts for sale events & discount codes.
