Saje offers free standard shipping on all merchandise orders over $60. Expedited shipping is $30 for all orders within the U.S. Expedited shipping is $35 for International orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 1-5 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. For expedited shipping, your total order delivery time will be between 2-3 business days (depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination). Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes. We are unable to ship to International P.O. Boxes.

We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 20+ business days.

Duties & Taxes

For International orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned back to Saje.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a saje.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. New or gently used formulations that do not support your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of delivery for online orders. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional diffusers.

If your purchase was made online, we can refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit via e-gift card.

Our Diffuser Guarantee

We put great care into the design and fabrication of all our diffusers. Should yours malfunction or not meet your space-care needs, we’ll remedy it. Within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt, we’ll refund, exchange or repair your diffuser. Past 30 days? All good. Our Diffuser Guarantee covers any issues that may arise from normal use and with the original receipt, we’ll repair it, exchange it, or give you a gift card for the original value.

Our Formulation Guarantee

If you’re not happy with any blend, remedy or formulation, we’ll make it right. Bring back any new or slightly used Saje product with the original receipt, within 30 days of your in-store purchase or within 30 days of receiving your online order, and we’ll gladly refund or exchange your purchase. Need a price adjustment on your full-price items? We’re happy to make it within 15 days of your purchase. Just bring your original receipt.
