30-Day Easy Returns

At VitalForm , we stand behind every product that powers your fitness journey. If your gear isn’t the perfect fit for you, we’ve got you covered! We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges.

Return Policy Overview

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to start a return, giving you plenty of time to make sure your product meets your performance standards.

Return Condition: New and slightly used products are accepted. This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be kept in its original condition, and packaged with all original materials and accessories.

Return Costs

Defective Products: In case your order arrives damaged or defective, VitalForm will handle the return process at no cost to you including shipping!

Customer Remorse: If you decide to return an item because of sizing issues, you ordered the wrong product, or you simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Procedure

Repackage Your Item: Carefully repack your item into its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation, then follow our instructions for the return shipment.

Ship It Back: Ship your package from the closest authorized carrier location. Follow any further instructions provided in the return authorization email.
