Express – Next Working Day (Courier/Royal Mail) — £8.95Order by 13:00 (Mon–Fri) for dispatch the same working day. Deliveries Monday–Friday (excl. bank holidays). Remote postcodes may take longer.

Orders £30 and over: Free UK delivery (sent via Economy or Standard, at our discretion).

Order Processing & Cut-off

Cut-off: Orders placed before 13:00 (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays dispatch the next working day.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a dispatch email; services marked Express include end-to-end tracking.

Royal Mail “Signed” services may show dispatched and delivered scan events only.

Track items at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided.

Signature & Proof of Delivery

Carriers may obtain proof of delivery by barcode scan and, where applicable, record the delivery on their device (a handwritten recipient signature may not be captured). GPS/scan data or a delivery image may be used by the carrier as proof of delivery.

If You’re Not In

If no one is available, carriers may:

Leave a calling card and take the parcel to a local delivery office for collection or redelivery, or

Deliver to a neighbour or concierge/reception (common for student/shared or business addresses).If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, or reception, then contact us within 10 working days of dispatch.

Delays & Service Failures

Economy/Standard: Not guaranteed services; delivery-fee refunds aren’t provided for delays on these options.

Express (Next Working Day): If we used a guaranteed next-day service and it misses the guaranteed window for reasons within the carrier’s control, we’ll refund the Express delivery charge. Delays caused by adverse weather, peak-season congestion, incomplete/incorrect addresses, or industrial action are outside our control and not eligible for a delivery-fee refund.

Lost Parcels & Non-Delivery

An item is considered lost if not delivered 7 working days after dispatch (per carrier policy).

Please report non-delivery to us within 10 working days of dispatch so we can investigate with the carrier.

Once confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement (stock permitting) or issue a refund. We may ask you to confirm non-receipt in writing to support the carrier’s investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (postage may apply) or a refund minus original postage.

ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We advise that you return goods using adequate packaging, such as a padded jiffy bag, to reduce the likelihood of damages occurring. Royal Mail consider perfumes as hazardous goods, and therefore when dispatching, you will need to advise the post office that the contents of the package contain perfume samples in original packaging. The post office will then apply an ID8000 label on the package to ensure it meets the correct requirements for dispatch

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or alternatively giftcard will be issued in the amount that would have otherwise be refunded.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and appear at your account. This can take from 2 to over 7 working days and its completely out of our hands. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like and personal care goods (such as beauty products - body lotions - fragrances in case they have been used. You can only return items that are in the same condition as we have shipped it unless the fragrance is so called "off". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
