Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping policy is once an order is complete we will ship out in between 5-9 business days.

Free Shipping

Orders over $300, pre-tax, will be eligible for free shipping Canada wide.

PO Box Shipping

Shipping to PO boxes may result in extra fees outside of the standard shipping or free shipping as costs are much higher to ship.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will not have a defined arrival date and no ETA. If you would like to track the shipping timeline on any crowdfunding game always refer to the updates section of that campaign. For more specific information please refer to the crowdfunding campaigns update pages.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is offered for free and can be selected at checkout. The standard pickup location is in Calgary SE in the Cranston/Riverstone area. Please contact info@bgemporium.ca before or after completing an order to arrange pickup.

Combined/Hold Orders

BGE offers customers the option to place multiple orders on hold. Simply select the "Hold Order" option during checkout. Once you are ready to have your items sent out, shipping will be charged based on the above mentioned conditions. Orders held for over 6 months without pre-order or contacting BGE can result in forfeiting your order however BGE will attempt to reach out to complete your order. Note: this only applies to customers from Canada/US. International orders will be subject to the shipping cost associated with the location and weight of the package.

US Orders - Tariffs & Duties

Couriers are now asking the shipper to pay for tariffs, fees, duties and other expenses that may be incurred by the US receiving customer. At this time any orders completed from US customers will be subject to a "Duty Deposit". This charge will be the estimated cost of the fees that will be incurred by BGE. After receiving the order any amount of the Duty Deposit that is paid over the fees cost will be reimbursed. Please understand that BGE will not pre-pay for any shipments unless the customer agrees and completes payment of the "Duty Deposit".

For pre-orders cancellations there is a 25% pre-order cancellation fee on the item ordered. Shipping charges are 100% refunded. In order to conduct the return feel free to email at info@bgemporium.ca . Customers may also choose 100% store credit on pre-order cancellations.

For all other cancellations, we have a no-refund policy for purchases made from "BG Emporium", as all sales are final. At the discretion of BGE store credit may be issued.Please note that delays in fulfillment to BGE from publishers is not grounds for a refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Prolonging inspection of any damages or issues can result in surpassing the timeline to submit claims.

For any damages through shipping "BG Emporium" will conduct a ticket through the parcel company. Please note any damage that is only cosmetic and does not affect function will not qualify for a return but instead you will receive a partial refund.

In case of component or significant game damage please complete a ticket with the publishing company. In the event they request direct contact from the original backer "BG Emporium" will engage in communication with the publisher.

Exceptions"BG Emporium" reserves the right to alter conditions for all policies as needed. BGE offers protection to all customers and if a game is not provided by a publisher after 6 months of Canadian fulfillment. You will be inclined to a 100% refund of your order and shipping issued as store credit.

Exchanges We have a no-exchange policy for purchases made from "BG Emporium".

Pre-Order Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received your request. Once any fees have been calculated and processed we will inform the customer before completing the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days to review any transactions.
