New orders ship in 2-5 days!

Need your order faster? At checkout under the “Payment” section, select the “RUSH order processing” checkbox. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule so it will ship within 2-3 business days from our facility in Greenville, SC. The rush fee does not affect shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online. Economy ships via FedEx Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage and has a transit time of 2-10 days. Priority Ground ships via USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery and has a transit time of 2-5 days.

Orders placed during major sales or containing free gifts could take an additional day or two. Filigree Jewelry has a 14-business-day processing time and cannot be rushed.

If you think you should have received your order by now or you need your order by a certain date, please Contact Us with your order number, and we will be happy to provide a status update as well as provide the shipping method required to arrive by that date.

Personalized Items Return Policy

All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.

If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we’ll help you fix it and share the cost of replacing it.

Non-Personalized Items Return Policy

If our returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, an online gift card code or refund can be issued to the original form of payment.

If our returns department receives the merchandise within 15-30 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable, including return shipping costs. Marleylilly will not provide prepaid return labels. You can use any trackable shipping method for returns, but we cannot refund or take responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Holiday Return Policy

Any orders placed between November 15th and December 25th are eligible for return in the form of store credit as long as the package is postmarked by January 15th. Please note our 14-day credit card policy is still in effect through the holidays.

Free Gift Policy

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not offer exchanges.

Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.

Restrictions:

If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags/boxes attached. If items are returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or damaged, they are not eligible for return.

Shoes must be returned in their original box/packing and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box or packaging makes the shoes ineligible for a return.

Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. We are also unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. You can send your package back to us using the trackable shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.

If for any reason the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, we have the right to deny the return.

Please note that if an order is returned without an RMA number, you will only be eligible to receive an online gift card code for your purchase.

Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code.
