We offer complimentary standard Parcel shipping & delivery on all orders. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee on eligible products. Orders placed with Expedited Shipping are prioritized and can leave our warehouse within 72 hours. Swatch Kits are complimentary but don't qualify for free shipping.

Where We Ship

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States!At the moment, we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. That said, we are happy to send orders to any reshippers upon request that are located in the contiguous United States. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date.

All of our packages are parcel shipments, meaning that your order will arrive in easy-to-handle boxes (think: FedEx or UPS). This also means that you won’t necessarily have to be home to receive them, they’ll be delivered right to your doorstep. You can track the date of your estimated delivery via the link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email, or you can sign up for text updates from a link in this same email. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us at support@anabei.com as soon as you place the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Estimated Lead Times

Please reference the estimated lead time on each product page. The estimate does not include transit time.

Transit times will vary depending on the final destination. Shipments may take an average of 5-12 business days to arrive in your local area.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address.

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@anabei.com . We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.

We believe you have to love your furniture. Anabei offers free returns for up to 30 days, giving you time to make sure your order is right for your home. If you’re not absolutely in love, return it—no return shipping or restocking fees, every penny back. Please note returns options vary per product and purchase.

Return eligibility is determined by whether the product falls under our standard return policy or is marked as Clearance, as well as whether Premium Order Protection was added at the time of purchase.

Regularly returnable products include a 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial.

Returns initiated within the first 14 days are free. If you’re not absolutely in love, initiate your return within this period for a full refund—with no return shipping or restocking fees, every penny back.

If you need a little more time, returns are still accepted on days 15–30. A small handling fee applies based on the product:

When Premium Order Protection is added, products covered by our standard return policy receive Extended Free Returns for the full 30-day trial period, with no return shipping, restocking, or handling fees. Clearance and Final Sale Products

Products marked as Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges by default.

When Premium Order Protection is added at the time of purchase, Clearance products become returnable for free for up to 30 days, with no return shipping, restocking, or handling fees. Please note that Premium Order Protection is nonrefundable.

Unboxing upon delivery is effortlessly streamlined through compact shipments—each module is individually packaged. All fabric covers will be in a separate box with different dimensions.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, the return process is seamless. To initiate a return, email us at support@anabei.com. Our team will provide you with return shipping labels, as well as guidance on how to repackage your product.We guarantee a swift return and refund. Refunds

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10-12 business days. Please note, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your bank to credit your account. If it takes any longer than that, feel free to let us know and we'd be happy to check in with them on your behalf.

Exchanges

You can make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply email us at support@anabei.com and we’ll send you shipping labels. As soon as we’ve received your item back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund. Your new order will be treated as a separate transaction. You can place a new order on our site, or our team is happy to provide assistance with placing a new order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on Clearance items.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@anabei.com as soon as possible so we can process your refund. In the event your item has already shipped, please message us so we can facilitate your return.

Limited Warranty

We offer complimentary Limited Warranties on our furniture, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. Our Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. Our Limited Warranty additionally includes coverage against structural frame defects for 3 years from the date of delivery. Anabei’s Limited Warranties do not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, misuse or expected wear. A manufacturing defect is defined, for the purpose of these Limited Warranties, as causing the product to be structurally unsound, faulty, or significantly altering the appearance of the product. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
