Shipping 1. Delivery Timescales All our furniture is crafted to order to ensure premium quality. The estimated delivery time to your door is approximately  3 to 9 weeks , depending on the specific item’s complexity and size. ·   Tier 1 (In-stock / Small Items): Estimated delivery 3–6 weeks. ·   Tier 2 (Made-to-order / Large Furniture): Estimated delivery 7–9weeks. *Please note: This timeframe includes both production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.* 2. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual size, weight, and packaging volume of the item, rather than just the product price. Applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on each product page and at checkout. Our standard shipping tiers within the UK ( including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas) are as follows: Fix £39 for orders of up to £1,000. Free delivery for orders £1,000 and over. 3. Delivery Service & Scheduling ·   Pre-Delivery Call for Large Items:  For bulky items such as sofas and large sideboards, we will call you in advance to schedule your delivery and assess your property access. ·   Vehicle Access Requirements:  Our standard large items are delivered via 8.4m or 13.5m lorries.
