All orders, regardless of shipping method or delivery address, may require +1 business day to process before shipping. If your order includes backordered or preordered items, all items in your order, including those in stock, may be held so they can ship together. This could extend processing and shipping times. United States Shipping Standard shipping is $5.00 or free for orders $50+. After processing time, U.S. Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery; U.S. FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping takes 2-3 business days; and U.S. FedEx Next Day Air shipping takes 1-2 business days. European Union Shipping Orders shipping within the E.U. qualify for a flat €9 shipping fee. Orders shipping to the E.U. will be processed by our Hong Kong team and shipped from our warehouse there. They typically take 3-6 business days to reach their final destination, but can occasionally take longer in countries where customs processing is slow. International Shipping Our goal is to provide the fastest and easiest shipping experience possible. Orders shipping to other international destinations will be processed from either California or Hong Kong. International orders typically take 4-7 business days to reach their final destination, but can occasionally take longer in countries with slow customs processing. Duties and VAT To make your experience smoother, all VAT and duties are prepaid, ensuring your package is delivered without any additional payments or hassle. Return PolicyIf you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return within 30 days of your order's delivery date for a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee), provided any returned items are in new, unused condition and the original packaging is intact. We cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted if it does not meet these requirements.

Returns for refund within the U.S. may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Nomad warrants our products against defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage to the product or personal property arising from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accidental damage, or failure to follow the instructions.

If we still have the product in stock, we'll send you a replacement of the exact same item. If we no longer have the same item in stock, we'll issue a store credit of equal value so you can pick out another item from nomadgoods.com. Once you've placed your new order, we'll refund the shipping fee associated with the replacement order.

Warranty claims for items purchased from sources other than nomadgoods.com must include proof of purchase. Any item purchased from an unauthorized reseller is not valid for returns or warranty claims.
