Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons (like the holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 24–48 hours).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every BellaBoo order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 1 day of delivery so we can make it right.

To report an issue:

Email us at info@bellabooonline.com with your order number.

Include a photo of the item and packaging showing the damage or error.

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please note: Claims received after 1 day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, BellaBoo is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If tracking shows a delay or loss, please contact the carrier directly. We’re always happy to assist however we can!

Holiday Shipping Tip

To make sure gifts arrive on time, we recommend placing holiday orders by December 15th.

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns for a full refund on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.

A sales receipt or gift receipt must be included with your return.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

How to Send a Return

You may ship eligible returns back to us using USPS, UPS, or FedEx at your own expense.

Please package your item securely to protect it in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Condition & Discretion

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage may be declined at our discretion.

If a return is rejected for these reasons, the item will not be sent back to you.
