Processing Time:

Economy and Standard Ground will leave our Distribution Center 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Times may increase during promotions and holidays or if monogrammed.

Expedited orders will ship the next business day. Please allow additional processing time if monogrammed.

Express orders placed before noon ET will process same day and orders placed after noon ET will process the next business day. Please allow additional processing time if monogrammed.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

•Some orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please monitor your tracking information for updates.

Military Addresses

•APO/FPO Shipping: 5-7 business days to arrive at US military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.

Shipping Policies

•Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

•Orders immediately start processing after they are placed and cannot be modified.

•You will not incur any credit card charges until the order has been shipped to you.

•Orders will ship from either our Distribution Center or one of our US-based Vera Bradley store locations.

Address Guidance

•Orders shipping to a PO Box must be shipped with Economy Ground. All other methods are carried by FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

•We do not offer shipping to DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) mail addresses.

•We cannot ship to more than one address on an order. Please place a separate order for each address you’d like to ship to.

•Orders cannot be shipped to Vera Bradley stores. If you would like to purchase items in stock at a nearby store, please review the pickup options in checkout.

Expedited and Express

•All Expedited and Express orders require a correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time. These orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

•Expedited and Express shipping is weekday service from FedEx, but they may deliver on weekends. Please review your tracking information for the estimated delivery date.

Lost Packages

•Orders with proof of delivery are unable to be replaced. We recommend filing a police report and notifying your credit card company as soon as possible.

•We are unable to refund or replace orders after 60-days of delivery. Please work with your financial institution or bank.

We really hope you are loving your new styles, but if something isn't quite right, we want to make it an easy fix for you. We accept returns in unused condition, along with a proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. We will accept returns at Vera Bradley Brand and Outlet stores and returns by mail. More details below.

•You may return your unused product within 45 days of purchase.

•All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

•Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or gift card.

•Actual refund amount is subject to item discounts, tax, and item condition.

•If you utilize a return label from Vera Bradley, a return fee of $6 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.

•Return labels are not provided for gift returns or store purchases, so please mail your return using your carrier of choice.

•Please allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.

•Returns over $500 without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

•Fees related to original shipping, gift boxes, monograms, and personalization are not refunded.

•We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with these policies.

•Pack the items in the original packaging if available, enclose the completed return form and packing slip.

•Print and affix the return label before shipping. If you are not using our provided label, please ship to the following address.
