Types of special delivery services noted on our items:

Front Door Delivery:

Your package will be delivered outside of the front door of your home or inside the entryway of your apartment building.

Depending on the item, it may delivered by a common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Other items may be delivered by a local shipping company and a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature may be required to accept delivery.

Threshold Delivery: Your package will be brought into the first room of the home or into the entrance of the apartment complex.

Once your item is ready locally for final delivery, a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature will be required to accept delivery.

White Glove Delivery: The packaged product will be placed in your room of choice. Unpacking product, debris removal and assembly, if applicable, will happen on site. Some exclusions apply.

Once your item is ready locally for final delivery, a customer service representative from the shipping company may call you with information regarding your delivery window. Customer’s inspection and signature will be required to accept delivery.

We now offer returns using our prepaid return label. Return your online order by mail and print your prepaid return label using our interactive return tool. You will need your order number, email, and zip code. Use of our convenient pre-paid return shipping label is $9.95 per package, which will be deducted from your refund.

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 90 days for a refund in the form of original payment.

•Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash

•Non-furniture items must be returned in good condition - unused and unwashed

•The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.

Cancellation & return policy on special order

•Items marked as Special Order cannot be cancelled.

•Items marked as Special Order are final sale and non-returnable. See product page for exclusions and exceptions.

•Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

•If an item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund if necessary.
