Shipping Policy:
When will my items ship? We will aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. If you have purchased a pre sale item we will ship your order once it is complete. Our shipping times may be slightly longer from November 28th to December 4th

On the rare occasion that a package is delayed or not updating, please check in with us two weeks after you received shipping confirmation. We've found that if we are able to wait out delivery, it usually happens. Sometimes it just takes longer than we would all like...
Stocklist Goods & Gifts is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
Orders placed on our website totaling $100 or less are automatically insured by our shipping provider. If you package is lost or damaged we are required to wait 20 days from the date of shipment to fully submit a claim. After 20 days we will forward you a web link to visit where you must sign an affidavit saying you did not receive your package or that it was damaged. After we see that you have signed the affidavit we will promptly refund you for the cost of your lost items and your shipping cost.

In Store Return Policy:
Unused items may be returned with a receipt in store or online within 30 days of purchase, unless your purchase was on sale - all sale items are sold as is and we do not accept returns on.
Online Order Return PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Please email orders@stocklistgoods.com to start this process.
*Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging*Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.*Sale items may include scratch & dent items therefore are final sale.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.
