🇺🇸 U.S. Standard Shipping: typically delivered in 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

🌎International Shipping: shipped via DHL International or USPS First Class Package International (delivery time varies based on country).

Club Orders: When you join the club, your first order will be processed within 1 business day of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). After that, all future club cases will ship out on the 14th of the month. If the 14th of the month lands on a weekend or holiday, your club package will ship out the following business day.

We gladly accept any unused items that are in the original packaging and are in re-sellable condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.

•Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date

•Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US Only)

•Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $5 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund

•Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange

•Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging

•Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable

EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

•Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date

•Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item

•An order can only be exchanged once

COUPON CODES

•If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
