Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want every customer with the absolute certainty that you’ll get the product you want, so your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We ensure we honour our commitment to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, plus that the quality of our products meet your standards.

Refunds or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Only items that are unused, and in their original Simply Clean packaging are eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase & Feedback required. Customers must provide their order number and a brief reason for their refund/exchange request. This helps us improve our product and service.

Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless Simply Clean accepts that the product is faulty.

We do not take responsibility for products damaged due to failure to follow our directions for use, care and caution.

Simply Clean reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we suspect abuse of this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple claims from the same household, excessive returns, or failure to provide required details.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Please notify us of the tracking number at hello@simplyclean.com

For returning a bundle pack or multiple items in a single transaction, only one item may be opened. The remaining items must be unopened and in their original Simply Clean packaging. Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Contact our customer service team at hello@simplyclean.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and an address for our return depot.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable.

Gifts or gift-cards are non-refundable.

Simply Clean reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
