Estimated delivery dates are automatically calculated and may be shown on the shipping quotes or checkout page. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Rates and Weight CalculationsShipping rates for many of our products are weight-based. Each product page includes the item’s approximate shipping weight. To comply with standard policies of our shipping carriers, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound when calculating shipping costs.

Order Processing TimesOrders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Carrier ServicesWe partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional freight providers to ensure secure and timely delivery. You may have the option to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Return Window & ConditionsReturns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included. We do not designate any products as “final sale,” but for safety and compliance, any item showing signs of use, installation, or modification may be refused.

Used Products Used products are not eligible for a refund, regardless of return timing. Our team will inspect all returned items upon arrival. If we determine that a product has been used, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Refund Method & TimelineA 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will email you when your refund has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong ItemIf your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. In these cases, we will make it right, and return shipping and restocking fees are waived.
