Domestic shipping rates vary from $5.95 to $10.95 for standard shipping. Domestic shipping is free for all orders over $100. All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

IN STORE PICK UP

We offer the option to pick up online orders in store for customers local to Columbus, OH. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that it is ready to be picked up. Typically, in store pick up orders are ready to be picked up within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges:

Online purchase Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of shipping. All sales are final on sale merchandise and vintage items. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Columbus store. Conditions state above apply to in person returns.

In Store purchase Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt to be credited to the original form of payment or within 14 days for store credit or exchange. All sales are final on vintage and clearance merchandise.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
