SHIPPING OVERVIEW

1st Phorm ships orders Monday through Friday, with any order placed before 2:00PM CST guaranteed to ship out the same day.

All orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, if you place your order at 6:00PM on Friday, we will process and pack your order over the weekend, but the shipping carrier won’t pick it up until Monday.

All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the selection chosen.)

UPS delivers packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

USPS & FedEx deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping do provide a guaranteed delivery date from UPS. You can see those delivery dates during checkout under each expedited shipping option.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING NOTE: UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air delivers Monday thru Friday. For example, if you place an order before 2:00PM CST on Friday and choose Next Day Air, your package will be delivered on Monday. If you place an order before 2:00PM CST on Thursday and choose 2nd Day Air, your package will be delivered on Monday. Both rates will show an expected delivery date during checkout based on your address and when you’re placing your order.

We offer free standard shipping to all 50 states and US territories on orders $150 and above! *Excludes Phorm Protein 12 packs. Purchasing digital items such as gift cards does not count toward the $150 minimum*

Shipments to P.O. Boxes APO/FPO/DPO addresses must select USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method if there is a conflict in the shipping selection.

Final shipping costs will be stated before the completion of checkout.

Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time you placed the order. Please allow 1 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

PHORM PROTEIN SHIPPING

Orders with any 12 Pack of Phorm Protein will be charged a flat rate shipping cost: $10 per 12 Pack purchased.

12 Packs of Phorm Protein may ship separately from other items included in the order. We do this to minimize the risk of your package being damaged in transit. If that happens, you will receive 1 tracking number for each package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT) by default. There is an option to select shipping that DOES include duties, VAT, and other international taxes, which is clearly designated in the specific shipping option. All prices listed are in USD.

We are currently unable to ship to Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, or Spain.

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping rates will be based on the delivery distance and package weight. In addition to this, w e offer free standard shipping to the continental United States on orders $150 and above. Excludes Phorm Protein 12 Packs.

Does 1st Phorm Ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses? YES! Shipments to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses must use USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS method if another method was originally chosen at checkout.

Return Policy:

If your request for a return is approved, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by 1st Phorm. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund plus 10%.
