Delivery: All items are made to order and delivery times are subject to when the program closes, and/or facility production times.

Shipping Methods: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs vary by product, weight, dimensions, and location. International Shipping: Club Colors works with a 3rd party shipping company for all international shipments. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the package destination, weight, and shipment size. There is a $20.00 fee shipment for duties and taxes per package.

Tracking Your Package: You will receive an order acknowledgment once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with the tracking number; once it has shipped with a link to the shipper, it provides the exact status of your package. Rush Orders: If you need your order to ship sooner than the stated turnaround time, please contact us. It is recommended that you speak with a Brand Advisor to ensure we can meet your date. Return Policy: Due to the branded merchandise process and customization, returns will not be accepted unless products are damaged, or logo decoration does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Refund Policy: Club Colors prides itself on the highest quality decoration standards. Embroidered and promo items are reviewed during several quality control steps before shipment. In the unlikely event that your logo decoration does not meet the highest quality standards, please contact us for proper resolution. No refunds will be provided without proof, and the original product is returned in full or beyond 45 days of receiving the shipment.

Order Cancellation and Changes: All sales are final once an order is submitted, so please ensure accuracy before confirming your purchase. If additional items are needed, a new order must be placed. Items removed from the order will be refunded to the original payment method, if payment had been processed.
