Enjoy free 2nd day air shipping for orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 United States. Certain package weight and dimension restrictions apply. Not valid on final sale items. Please note 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed and could be subject to unforeseen delays by the carrier. Next day Air is the only guaranteed service provided by carrier. Orders to Canada, will be considered as international shipping, and rates are determined via a UPS live shipping rate calculator. Local customs fees are not included in your shipping charge and will be charged to you by your carrier or local customs office upon receipt. By ordering with us and requesting shipment to an international location, you agree to pay and all duties and taxes.

Order Fulfillment

It takes a maximum of 48 hours for orders to be processed. You will receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed from New York and shipped from New York. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped and we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Why is my credit card being charged?

Shopify places a temporary authorization on your credit card at the time of the order. You will ONLY be charged when we capture the payment. If you cancel your order prior to us processing the order, your order will be voided and the charge will not post. If you cancel your order after we processed the order, you will receive a refund, which can take up to 3-5 days to post to your account.

In the event that we do not have the item you ordered in stock, we will reach out to you via our customer_service@membersonly.com e-mail and give you the option to choose another color or jacket. We will follow-up with you if we don’t hear from you within 7 days, we will go ahead and cancel your order. (Not “refund” it as we don’t capture the payment till we actually fulfill the order).

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. All sales final on markdowns.

To return an item, fill out the Return/Exchange form located on the back of the packing slip included with your order, and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. If you do not have the form, please e-mail customer_service@membersonly.com for a new one. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Members Only will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Will I be charged shipping for the return? Yes. customers must pay for shipping and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Members Only is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.
