Processing Times

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Please allow the advertised processing time for your order to be packed before it is shipped. Processing time does not include the shipping method you select at checkout.

Choosing an expedited or priority shipping option does not reduce our processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real time by our shipping carriers at checkout based on your order, destination and selected shipping method.

Transit Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once your parcel is in transit.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund once the order has been received back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Print on Demand Products

Some Print on Demand products may have separate shipping charges.

These shipping costs are set by our Print on Demand partners and may still apply even if your order qualifies for free shipping on other products.

Shipping to Businesses, Hotels & Temporary Addresses

Customers who choose to have orders delivered to a business, hotel, hospital or other non-residential address do so at their own risk.

Please ensure the delivery location is able to accept and safely hold your parcel. Orders delivered successfully to the address provided cannot be replaced or refunded if they are subsequently lost after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Due to the European Union's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to ship physical products to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if there is an issue with your order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Returned items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns that meet the conditions above.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, even if it is intended as a gift.

If your order arrives with significant damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can review your claim.

Minor cosmetic imperfections or light shipping wear do not qualify for replacement or refund.

If a replacement or refund is approved, you may be asked to return the damaged item before it can be processed.

Replacement items are subject to stock availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable item of similar style and value at our discretion.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Change of mind.

Normal wear and tear.

Merchandise that has been used after delivery.

Orders shipped to businesses, hotels, hospitals or other non-residential addresses that are successfully delivered but subsequently lost.

Products purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer you purchased from directly.

Duplicate Mystery Box items unless the duplicate was sent despite clear notes provided at checkout listing books or merchandise already owned.

All replacement and refund requests must be submitted within the stated timeframes. Requests received outside these timeframes may not be eligible.
