How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed before 3:00pm CST will be verified within 1-2 business days. Allow up to 10 business days for Renzoe Pods to be completed. During certain peak times, including holidays, orders may take up to 15 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We estimate that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date depending on your location.

Can you expedite my order?

At this time we are unable to provide expedited shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

US Shipping of Renzoe Box Starter Kits is $7-$20 depending upon location. while still in transit. Renzoe Box is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier.

For online orders, we accept the Renzoe Box in lightly used condition, fully cleaned & removed of all fingerprints, smudges or makeup debris, in original packaging for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We do not accept returns of any makeup, whether opened or unopened. Renzoe Box maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for items that are believed to have been previously used. To initiate a return, please contact orders@renzoebox.com for further instruction. Kindly note that the following items are FINAL SALE: all Brushes, all Renzoe Pods, and all Gift Cards. Exchanges for products of equal value must be pre-approved by the Renzoe Box Customer Service team. The return item must be received before the replacement item will be shipped.
