Refund policy Return Policy All returns require a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at 800-622-3070. An unauthorized return of an order is automatically rejected. AOP print product purchases must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All items in curriculum sets must be included in the return to receive a refund. Partial returns of sets will not be accepted, and we do not offer partial refunds. All returned items must be in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Monarch yearly payments  can be returned within 30 days of invoice for a full refund. No refunds of Monarch yearly payments after 30 days. Different terms and conditions apply to monthly payments. Monarch monthly payments  are non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks during peak times) for your return to be processed. Return credits are refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Pear Deck Tutor purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
