Refund policy Cancellations and Refunds Policy At Eve Furniture, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: Timeframe for Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within  48 hours  of placing your order by contacting us at  (281) 800-9057  or emailing  info@evefurn.com . Order Confirmation and Payment: After placing your order, an Eve Furniture representative will confirm your order details via email. Payment will be processed after your confirmation or within 48 hours of the transaction, whichever comes first. Cancellation Fees: Within 24 Hours:  Full refund, no fees (exclusions apply if the item is already in the warehouse or in transit). After 24 Hours:  A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies.
